As you would expect, during this COVID-19 pandemic with lock-down and social distancing
measures in place, I am now offering online therapy sessions. With people needing to stay at home, this has caused a lot of anxiety for many and exacerbated some negative compulsive behaviours as people turn to the internet and old behaviour patterns to try and feel more stable and in control. There are more productive ways to do this however which wont have the detrimental effects on your relationships and self-esteem.
I have seen a large increase in requests for therapy in the last few weeks- you are most certainly not alone.
